Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

- Room patients and collect vitals and medical histories
- Assist with exams and minor procedures
- Administer medications and immunizations according to protocol
- Perform basic lab tests
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR
- Coordinate appointments and manage patient phone communications
- Support care teams through effective communication and workflow coordination
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CMA certification
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
- Thorough understanding of medication administration and immunization protocols
- Ability to complete basic lab tasks and assist with minor procedures
- Accurate, detail-oriented EMR documentation
