*SUMMARY:*
The Staff Physician provides primary care in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients within scope and hospital duties. They collaborate with staff, participate in team activities, and ensure quality patient care.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Deliver primary care, develop and review treatment plans, and manage referrals.
Supervise mid-level practitioners and participate in on-call duties.
Accurately document patient encounters and review medical records.
Engage in peer reviews, quality improvement, and team collaboration.
Refer patients to support services and contribute to resource planning.
Attend staff meetings and maintain productivity standards.
*Minimum Requirements:*
Valid California Physician License
Current CPR/BLS certification
*Skills:*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong patient and staff interaction skills

Ability to lift weight, hear and see adequately, and perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, and manual dexterity.
