Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; active pursuit of a Baccalaureate degree accepted for internal transfers. Must hold a current RN license or permit in the practice state. A minimum of three years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability. Proficiency in computer use and data analysis is essential. BSN and Master’s degree are preferred, along with specialty practice certifications.
