Mammography Technologist – PRN

Role Overview:

Seeking a Mammography Technologist (PRN) to join a vibrant Breast Center team, providing diagnostic imaging services. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently, and handling on-call and portable exams. The position offers a PRN schedule with hours from 6:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., No weekends, holidays, or call, and is non-benefits eligible.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or trade school preferred

Licenses & certifications including RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA for Illinois

Experience preferred but not required; minimum of no experience necessary

CPR and IV therapy certifications advantageous

Ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and independently

Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Key Duties:

Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic procedures
Perform imaging studies on adults and pediatric patients
Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained
