Role: Maintenance Director responsible for managing daily maintenance tasks and maintaining the physical environment of a senior living community.
Key Duties:
- Complete building work orders and service requests following policies and procedures.
- Assist with groundskeeping, including painting and landscaping.
- Supervise maintenance staff, interpret department policies, and assign tasks.
- Interface with residents and families regarding maintenance issues.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance for unit rehabs and maintain equipment.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- At least 2 years in maintenance, preferably in senior living.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
