Role: Lube and Tire Technician responsible for performing basic vehicle services and maintenance tasks.
Key Duties:
- Conduct oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire rotations.
- Perform safety and emission inspections following regulations.
- Drive company vehicle to transport customers and pick up parts.
- Identify vehicle issues and communicate repair needs to management.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and safety procedures.
- Assist with basic vehicle repairs under supervision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate shop equipment safely.
- Effective communication and attention to safety protocols.
Work Environment: Exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Use of PPE may be required. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
