Registered Nurse
Located in New Lisbon, WI, this role involves providing high-quality care in a long-term care setting. The nurse will be responsible for communicating with physicians and families, completing assessments, administering medications following the 5 Rights, performing wound care, and monitoring residents for changes in condition. Leadership on the floor is essential, including directing situations and assisting CNAs. Responsibilities also include reporting abuse or neglect, maintaining accurate records, and performing additional duties as needed.
Qualifications include a two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred), current Wisconsin RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
