Role Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of RNs, assisting with high-acuity patients or heavy patient loads. Tasks include administering oral and IV piggyback medications, trach care, dressing changes, NG tube management, ostomy care, and documentation of assessments and care plans.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days (American Heart Association)
- College diploma as an LPN
