Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities: Assist in directing nursing services, delegate tasks to nursing staff, monitor patient conditions for signs of adverse changes, notify physicians of emergencies or patient deterioration, implement physician orders, and perform assigned duties. Provide quality patient care, follow medical instructions, and participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
Qualifications: High school diploma, graduation from an accredited nursing school, valid North Carolina LPN license, and CPR certification. Willingness to serve as a charge nurse and work during emergencies to ensure adequate coverage.
Skills: Ability to deliver compassionate geriatric nursing, observe and report patient symptoms, follow orders accurately, and work collaboratively with healthcare team. Must pass background checks and adhere to drug-free workplace policies.
