Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering direct patient care, assessing needs, and supporting discharge planning within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing data to assessments and planning patient care according to scope of practice and standards.
- Addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout care.
- Reinforcing patient and family education, discharge planning, and family needs.
- Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies.
- Evaluating effectiveness of interventions and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
- Participating in unit decision-making and providing mentorship to new staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Ability to coordinate patient care, promote safety, and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and professional mentorship skills.
