Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and contributing to care plans within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
- Assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and evaluate care effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs.
- Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and unit-based initiatives.
- Precept and mentor new staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required).
- Ability to coordinate patient care and promote safety and patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
