Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders Following the Six Rights of Medication Administration Documenting accurately in MAR/TAR in real time Monitoring symptoms and reporting adverse reactions or refusals Conducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribing physician orders and supporting care plan updates Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance

Requirements include:
Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
