Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required. New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Key skills include clinical support, communication, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Duties:
- Obtain and document patient medical history, chief complaints, and vital signs.
- Assist providers with diagnostic procedures and minor surgeries.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens accurately.
- Communicate with patients, respond to questions, and prioritize provider communication.
- Administer medications and vaccines per scope of practice.
- Maintain examination and treatment rooms, ensuring asepsis and readiness.
