Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in outpatient clinics, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive ambulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers by obtaining and documenting patient history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Provide direct clinical care, support minor surgical procedures, and assist with diagnostic tests.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate timely processing.
- Administer medications and vaccines, including skin testing, under provider direction.
- Maintain a clean environment, set up examination rooms, and ensure aseptic techniques.
- Communicate with patients and providers to prioritize needs and respond to patient inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Ability to provide care for patients across specific age ranges.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
