Role Overview: The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and treatment. They document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities: Obtain and record patient medical data, assist with minor procedures and diagnostic tests, collect lab specimens, and administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision. Maintain a clean, sterile environment and ensure equipment readiness. Communicate effectively with patients and providers, prioritizing responses to ensure efficient care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide care for patients across specific age groups. New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills are essential.
