Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing outpatient clinical support in a team-oriented ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist providers with patient care, including obtaining medical history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
Support diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and document tests for continuity of care.
Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, maintain sterile environments, and ensure proper room setup.
Follow up on diagnostic testing, respond to patient inquiries, and facilitate effective communication between patients and providers.
Promote a clean, safe environment adhering to aseptic protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
Ability to provide care for patients across specific age ranges.
Strong clinical support skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
