Role Overview: This position involves providing compassionate patient care as an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities: Contribute to patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Promote patient safety, education, and discharge planning while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Mentor new staff and participate in unit-based decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills are essential.
