Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program, capable of addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key Duties: Promote patient safety and satisfaction, coordinate care, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and support unit-based operations.
Work Environment: Clinical setting with evening/night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday work.
