Role Overview: This position involves providing primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and treatments. The role includes documenting patient histories, vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with minor procedures, collecting lab specimens, administering medications and vaccines, and maintaining a clean, prepared environment.
Responsibilities: Ensure accurate documentation, facilitate diagnostic tests, communicate effectively with patients and providers, and uphold aseptic procedures. Support patient education and ensure timely follow-up on diagnostic results to maintain continuity of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Both new and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
