Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating staff interactions, and supporting patient and family needs.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to patient assessments, implement and evaluate nursing interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while ensuring safety and satisfaction. Mentor new staff and participate in unit-based decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to work in a clinical environment. Strong communication, compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to policies are essential.
