We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality nursing care to patients. As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN will monitor, report, and respond to patient condition changes,
assign duties, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities include delivering compassionate care to promote patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active state license, and CPR certification.
Preferred experience includes at least one year in skilled nursing.
Skills required include independent decision-making, delivering competent care, and providing excellent customer service.
