This LPN II role involves implementing nursing care for assigned patients, supporting RNs in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
Utilizes advanced patient care skills following education and training.
Requires basic computer knowledge, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and a 30-hour IV certification.
Must successfully complete a Basic Arrhythmia test within 90 days of employment.
Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state and certified in BLS/CPR.
Work hours are 0700-1930, including all workdays and holidays.
All care providers must pass background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse to ensure safety when working with vulnerable populations.
