The Clinical Care Coordinator II in the General Surgery department provides patient care tailored to age-specific needs and assists in managing patient care under physician supervision.
Requires BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire and graduation from an accredited nursing or diploma program. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of outpatient clinical experience, familiarity with electronic practice management, electronic health records, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Must hold an active FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. All care providers must pass background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse to ensure safety, especially when working with vulnerable populations.
