This LPN position offers a possible $5,000 sign-on bonus and involves providing outpatient nursing care under RN supervision and practitioner orders.
Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing medical records, implementing nursing procedures, administering treatments and medications, and documenting patient care.
Ensures proper immunization management, updates immunization registries, and maintains vaccine inventories in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Participates in patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up, while providing culturally sensitive care.
Assists with clinical procedures, infection control, and supplies management, and trains new staff as needed.
Qualifications include Hawaii LPN licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and knowledge of conflict resolution, customer service, and communication skills.
Preferred experience includes previous nursing or clinic work and proficiency in PC applications.
