Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Nurse to provide high-quality, complex care for medically fragile patients in an LTAC setting.
- Deliver advanced nursing care for patients requiring extended hospital-level support.
- Manage ventilator-dependent patients and monitor respiratory status.
- Provide complex wound care and ongoing assessment.
- Monitor and support multi-system health needs with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Follow strict clinical protocols, compliance standards, and safety practices.
- Document care accurately and maintain required clinical records.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment expectations.
