Position Overview:
Seeking a healthcare professional to provide coverage during holiday periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. The role involves weekday and weekend call duties, with responsibilities focused on low-volume elective cases and intermittent emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing cases such as PE thrombectomy and obstetric hemorrhage
- Conducting basic procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, PICC, and HD catheter placements
- Ensuring hospital privileges are maintained and up-to-date
- Managing assigned cases efficiently and accurately entry of time and details via an online portal
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed and credentialed to work in hospital settings
- Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism
- Strong procedural skills in the listed medical procedures
