Role: General Surgery MD responsible for both inpatient and outpatient care, including admissions, rounding, and performing surgical procedures.
Key Duties:
- Perform laparoscopic surgeries such as appendectomy and cholecystectomy, with skills in liver surgery, chest tube insertion, central line placement, and PA catheter insertion.
- Respond to call within 30-60 minutes, providing clinical coverage and managing patient care.
- Experience in pediatric surgery and trauma is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Medical Doctor (MD) with surgery specialization.
- Competency in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
- Ability to handle admissions, rounding, and surgical procedures.
- Preferred experience in pediatric surgery and trauma.
- Strong procedural skills and clinical responsiveness.
