Role: Pediatric LVN
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, medication administration, trach and vent care, G-tube management, and wound care
- Follow physician orders and care plans
- Monitor and document patient status accurately
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team
- Respond to changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric nursing and home health care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to respond effectively to patient needs and changes in condition
Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, document patient information, and ensure adherence to care plans in a home setting.
