This full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist role supports pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders through a program focused on recovery and social support.
Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and support treatment planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure client needs are met. Assist with program development, maintain accurate records, and adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards. Coordinate referrals to external agencies and facilitate crisis interventions when necessary. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, licensure as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC, with at least two years of experience in social work. Requires knowledge of behavioral health practices, crisis management, and working with at-risk populations, along with strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
