Overview:
Behavioral Health Provider – LCSW & LPC in Fort Kent, Maine.
Partnering to develop outpatient programs for senior adults and cardiopulmonary rehab. Full-time hospital position with benefits and salary covered by the hospital.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care with comprehensive intake assessments
- Developing treatment plans and promoting patient progress
- Conducting individual, couples, family, or group therapy
- Delivering age-appropriate care to the senior adult population
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Licensed in Maine as LCSW or LPC
- Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of geriatric needs, and effective communication
Preferred:
- 2+ years of outpatient or inpatient behavioral health experience
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Work hours are Monday-Friday, day shift.
