Join our team as a Licensed Social Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing complex challenges. In this role, you will provide compassionate support, develop tailored care plans, and empower residents to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ social, emotional, and behavioral health needs to inform personalized care strategies
Schedule and attend weekly care plan meetings
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to motivate residents toward positive change and goal achievement
Apply proven social work and behavioral health expertise, including crisis intervention and management
Preferably have experience in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment programs
Build trust and rapport with diverse populations through strong communication skills
Expected hours: 20 per week. Work is in person, in an environment dedicated to community well-being.
