Licensed Professional Counselor – Live Well Homecare

This full-time LPC position in Roswell, GA offers flexible scheduling with no weekends and in-person services five days a week.

Provide inpatient therapy to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver both individual and group therapy.

Ensure culturally sensitive, ethical, and professional care tailored to patients’ needs.

Meet credentialing requirements for licensure, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers.
