Position Summary

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN maintains accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as per nursing standards and protocols
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements
• Preferred certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care
