Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure

Valid LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all state Board of Nursing requirements

Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or LPN-IV certification, with some requiring within specific timeframes

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient care, coordinate with healthcare team, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Maintain necessary certifications and licensure.
