Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities: Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, and deliver care following established plans with oversight. Ensure safety and comfort by following CDC guidelines and utilizing PPE. Maintain accurate documentation and foster meaningful patient relationships.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Pennsylvania LPN or multistate license, TB test, BLS CPR certification (in person), valid driver’s license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
