Role Overview: This position involves contributing to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in a clinical setting. Key Duties:
- Gather and contribute data for assessments within scope of practice and standards.
- Educate patients and families, supporting discharge planning and ongoing care.
- Execute treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures as per policy.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to meet patient needs and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Mentor new staff and students, supporting professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty nursing training program is required. The role demands strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evening, night, and holiday shifts is needed.
