Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities: Contribute to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Provide compassionate, direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, while promoting safety and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in unit decision-making, and mentor new staff. Ensure compliance with policies and standards, and support discharge planning and patient education.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program. Ability to work in a clinical environment, demonstrate compassionate care, and coordinate patient interactions. Experience in assessing patient needs and collaborating with healthcare teams is essential.
