Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating interdisciplinary interactions, and contributing to assessments, planning, and evaluations within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Assess patient needs and contribute data for care planning and evaluation.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Reinforce education, discharge planning, and promote safety and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and mentor new staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
- Ability to provide comprehensive patient-centered care aligned with unit standards.
