We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized care based on a delegated plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, dressings, drains, and lab values.
- Reporting observations and changes in patient condition to healthcare team members.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
- Using specialized equipment for data collection and patient orientation.
- Administering and documenting medications following policies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training such as residency programs or LPN to RN transition programs.
- Current LPN license recognized by NCSBN or relevant state licensing.
