Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, focused on providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver consistent, confident care tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain meaningful patient relationships and follow clear care plans with RN oversight. Utilize PPE and adhere to CDC safety guidelines to ensure safety and safety protocols.
