We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality care to residents in a rehabilitation and nursing facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring resident conditions and documenting accurately
- Collaborating with RNs, therapists, and physicians to develop and support individualized care plans
- Educating residents and their families about care and health management
- Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintaining a safe, respectful environment
Qualifications and skills:
- Valid LPN license
