Licensed Nurse needed to provide compassionate, resident-focused care in a senior living community.
Key Duties
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and adverse effects
- Conduct resident assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support continuity of care
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the care team
- Support and implement individualized care plans that promote dignity and independence
- Mentor and support care staff in daily resident care
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid nursing licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with residents, families, and providers
- Ability to document accurately and follow safety and compliance requirements
