Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Healthcare & Medical Services
Provide compassionate, direct patient care as part of a patient-centered healthcare team. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key duties:
- Deliver direct patient care and assist with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and monitor/report patient status
- Document care and observations accurately in the EMR
- Assist with care plans and help provide patient education
- Maintain infection control practices and follow safety standards
Qualifications & skills:
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Accurate EMR documentation and attention to detail
