Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide compassionate, resident-centered bedside care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Key Duties
- Conduct and document assessments and observations
- Support physicians and RNs with care plan implementation and follow-through
- Provide education and guidance to residents and families
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Communicate effectively and ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to monitor, document, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Compassionate communication and collaboration skills
