Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Duties
- Deliver direct nursing care according to established care plans and clinical standards
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the care team
- Assist with medication administration and basic treatments per policy
- Observe, document, and communicate pertinent nursing information
- Support activities of daily living while promoting dignity and comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN license
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
