Role Overview
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitative therapy in a skilled nursing environment. The role involves working directly with residents to improve mobility, strength, and balance through tailored exercises, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on therapy goals and home programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy sessions to residents
- Guide and assist patients with exercises to enhance mobility and safety
- Track, document, and communicate patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
- Comply with healthcare standards and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Physical Therapist license (required)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to support patient mobility and equipment handling
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $45–$48 DOE
