Licensed Metal Health Therapist – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a full-time licensed mental health counselor in Illinois (or willing to obtain licensure) to provide compassionate, trauma-informed behavioral health services in Chester, Sparta, or Red Bud, IL.

Provide individual counseling, assessment, treatment planning, and advocacy for clients with behavioral health diagnoses.

Require a Master’s degree in a social service field, valid licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT), and at least 1 year of counseling experience.

Must have strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with ability to work independently and under pressure.
