Responsibilities:
- Facilitating group therapy sessions and maintaining charts
- Conducting psychosocial assessments
- Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
- Completing utilization reviews

Qualifications:
- Master’s level social work or counseling license (or eligibility) in Kansas
- Experience with geriatric populations
- Experience in individual and group therapy
