The Therapist / Mental Health Professional provides therapeutic services and program coordination for individuals receiving treatment, under supervision of a Clinical Director or Regional Administrator.
Requires an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, mental health, psychiatric nursing, or social work, with licensure or eligibility within two years.
Preferred at least two years of experience in mental health settings.
Responsibilities include delivering therapy, participating in assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, supporting interns, developing educational materials, and attending staff trainings and meetings.
Provides crisis services as needed and maintains current licensure.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and families.
