Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, with licensure or eligibility within two years, and at least two years of relevant experience preferred.
Key responsibilities involve delivering therapy, conducting assessments, participating in training and education, supporting interns, and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Must maintain current licensure (Iowa license if practicing in licensable fields) and possess knowledge of human growth, behavioral principles, and treatment approaches.
